are these classes and certifications approved by the american heart association?
Yes! MEDCOS is an authorized American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center. Upon completion of an instructor-led class, exam, and hands-on skills session, you will receive an AHA Course Completion eCard via email the same day!
Do i need to buy a book?
The AHA requires students to possess a book before, during and after the class. You may purchase course books through an AHA Approved Distributor: WorldPoint . Digital copies are also available through the AHA website https://ebooks.heart.org
CAN I get all my certifications done in one day?
Of course! This applies for renewals only. MEDCOS has streamlined course content that meets the requirements set forth by the AHA and uses smaller classes and excluding optional content to accelerate the learning process.
Do you provide continuing education credits?
Yes! The AHA provides continuing education certificates for ACLS & PALS courses primarily. BLS continuing education certificates are for C.N.A.’s only.
CAN an aha instructor come to my office or home to teach a course?
